Didn’t give me a room. Beware

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour
