"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was great. Special thanks to Kenji from the game room he was very helpful! And a big thanks to the general manager of the hotel because we spilled something on the carpet and they helped us clean it at no cost. He was really nice about it. Besides that you have restaurants, convenience stores and shopping all down stairs of the hotel!"

"The hotel is not a 4*, perhaps a 3 or 3 1/2*. Rooms, carpets and bathrooms are dated and need a renovation. The room light switches do not make sense. No face cloths are provided or available. On return to the room one day, we found the bathroom floor covered in water and a couple of towels were obviously used to help soak up the water. The rug outside the bathroom was wet. The A/C had been turned up to 30C. Reporting this issue to housecleaning resulted in someone coming very quickly with a handful of towels. There was no explanation and the towels soaked up the water. The bed and pillows were very firm. Location is central in TST area and close to Nathan Road and Kowloon Park. All the hotels we stayed at in China were significantly better than this one in Hong Kong."
