"When we arrived, there was a beetle in the bathroom inside the towel. My wife was using the towel when she noticed it. After seeing this we removed all the sheets from the bed to try and find any other possible bugs in the room while we did that we discovered a drop of blood on the sheets."

"Although the room was clean they were stains on the sheets and a long black hair between the sheets. I have short brown hair and I was the only one there. The pillowcases were too big for the size pillows they were in this is not very impressive. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was weak."
