"I asked to not be put in the basement. I was still put on the ground floor in a room that was cut up and the bathroom was not full size. Just because it is remodeled doesn’t make all rooms nice."

"As a disabled person, I requested a handicap room but my room was not accessible. I had to switch rooms and I was put in the room farthest from the entrance and the front desk. It was quite a long way away. I would hope that the accessible rooms would be a shorter distance for those people with mobility issues. Other than 5hat the room was fine."

"Beautiful place ! The landscaping, room, and place was very very nice . Check in young woman was full of helpful information and warm welcome. Unfortunately when checking out there were two charges on my room. One was a breakfast and another that a resort fee that was not mentioned when booked through Expedia . When bringing this to the male clerks attention his demeanor was very short and said he’d look into it. I wanted everything settled before I left the premises. After 15 to 20 minutes it...

"Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...
