When we checked in we had to move to a doiuble room as the TV in the room we reserved was not working. 2 days later were were told it was fixed. It was not and we had 3 of NO TV. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and held our family of five beautifully. I wish they were two queen beds instead of two double beds, but it worked. The pools were fun and the food was good.
