We set off but couldn't find it; we asked three different employees where that room number was, and all three said they didn't know. "The staff were a little incompetent, roaches all over the place. And the entire stay was a pain. We had to go to the second floor, when we asked for a first floor but they said no. Next day we wanted to extend our stay so we were told to go to the first floor since we had pets. Just a big pain "

"If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms."

"We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged."

"Everything about this property is amazing, except if you’re a light sleeper you will NOT be able to sleep here. It is super loud. You can hear everything through the walls and sounds like people are stomping upstairs."
