"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"I would say the staff was not unfriendly, but they were not friendly either. The place had a funny smell when you walked in smelled unpleasant also in the elevator. Kind of an old smell. In the room, there was no comforters, and the room was very cold in the sense that not even frames on the walls to make it feel welcome. There was no air blow dryer. Overall, it was just a place to stay. The Furniture was dated."

"Convenient and fast"

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

The breakfast was great… gave us all the options to get our day of adventures started off correctly. The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful in cleaning up my sheets after spilling coffee not once but twice. Many options for TV viewing including Netflix’s. Walls were thick and slept very comfortably, never hearing noise...

"Great staff and non-smoking rooms which truly were non-smoking.."

"Our room was clean. We only stayed for two nights but I was surprised to comeback to a clean room/made bed after a tired day being out. The front desk is very helpful (Curtis). Great breakfast with great beverage options even have a gluten free bread . The staff at the dining area is making sure keeping it clean and food well supplied refilling soon as it becomes empty. Great location too. Everything we needed is within walking distance and area is really nice. Will definitely stay again when...

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"It was truly the most disgusting place I've ever stayed, hence not staying. The mattress was soaked in blood stains, box spring, mattress, covering of box spring, everything had blood stains, both chairs were so dirty and stained with broken arms, i didn't even attempt sitting in either. Dug a broken Crack pipe from sink and shower had such minimal pressure, you couldn't even rinse hair. Much less the roar of nonstop trains behind building, railroad crossing 100 feet from building which equals...
