"This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). "Well, there’s a first for everything. I was lucky enough to experience a bed bug infestation. I called the office to inform them while I was at work. I explained the situation over the phone around 9am and gentleman on the phone sounded like he couldn’t care less. I figured they would call me back once they found. They didn’t. I called a few hours later. Same guy. He’s like “oh yeah, it’s bed bugs; we moved your stuff to another room.” Not apologetic, nothing. Move to new room and wake up this...

"DON'T DO IT!!!!!"

"Room was clean. Outside and entrance are very dated but inside of the rooms were newly renovated. Room had a musty “old” smell. Bought air fresheners and made it work"

"Very helpful staff at check in, gave us a wheelchair for the day to visit the aquarium easily, told us about Route 66 at night, lent us tourism books on Tulsa. They were fabulous."

"The customer service was horrible, they didn't check me in properly and literally come to my room to remove all my things without communication. Try to go ahead and fix the reservation but they said it was booked. Looked online and their was still availability. I would not trust to stay again."

"The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. "The location, amenities, and staff were all top notch. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative that I would report was the fact that we were able to clearly hear the guest in the next room. This might have been due to the fact that it was a connecting room. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying here in the future. "
