That rooms AC didn’t work very well and the beds were super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs every time you moved."

"I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made. "When we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door to find it occupied. Thankfully it was at the time of day when no one was in there. It made us uncomfortable knowing the records didn't show it occupied.we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room while we were out during the day.
