Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown
The room was worn out. Lamp shades ripped, finials that hold them in place missing, stains on chairs, tears in the upholstery, no cleaning until I requested and then it was haphazardly done. I am angry we were charged the rate we had to pay. It was worth about $50. Very disappointed.

Osage Casino Hotel Tulsa
The room was very clean, but no one came to clean the room while we stayed or to refresh towels. We had to asl for clean towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat at all on property. We didn't visit the pool area because the pool was closed and the hot tub had too many kids ...

They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest.
