The hotel is old. Room key is very difficult to be used. Noise in the elevator. Service is ok.

Where to start… Listen I have been in a lot of “value” hotels especially when it’s just one night. First off the entire building REEKED of cigarettes. Which I get, it’s Tulsa…. But it’s a “non-smoking” hotel….okay 🙄. Lobby and staff was fine. Hot but fine. The room I booked was “non-smoking” room. Opening the door you could smell the cigarette smoke. The sheets and the covers had cigarette burns all over them and smelt of cigarettes. No remote for the tv. Didn’t matter because the cable didn’t work. Little kitchen area was fine. Clean enough and I wasn’t using it so not concerns there. The bathroom was gross. Wallpaper peeling, toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain nasty, and no trash can to be fine in the whole room. It’s only one night we tell ourselves and push on. I shower and immediately the tub starts filling. Great. I hurry up my shower. Takes almost an hour for the tub to drain. Go attend to the business that we came into town for. Come back to go to bed and low and behold… Roaches. On the floor on the side table. The pillows are tiny refuse to sleep under the sheet. The only good thing about this room was the A/C worked very well, loud, but it was nice and cool. Overall, worst hotel stay in awhile. Do not recommend.

There were prostitutes outside the building , i drove around and half of the windows were either boarded up or broken, i went inside and it smelled like dog urine and feces and weed

I felt like I got catfished by Expedia. The photos they show you make it look like a cute boutique hotel. In reality it's a hell hole. I had to change rooms twice, because of non-working showers, non-working appliances, graffiti on the walls in the furniture, showers with no water pressure or no hot water. Never once did they mention the do-it-yourself made service where you have to put your towels and sheets outside the door in the morning, then they get delivered to your room in a plastic bag for you to make your bed and put the towels away. The rooms were in disarray, it was just overall an unpleasant experience and I cannot, I repeat cannot express how horrible this place was. Was. I would never go here again and I would tell everyone I know to stay as far away from this hotel as I possibly can. And this is the nicest thing I can say about it.

I have traveled extensively, but I have never encountered a hotel with such a multitude of issues. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by individuals at the front desk using profanity and appearing to be under the influence of substances. The front desk staff member made a concerted effort to manage the situation. After receiving the keys to our room, we walked down the hallway, which had a noticeable odor of cigarettes and marijuana. We entered our room to find a full bed without a comforter, no curtains, a broken toilet paper roll, one roll of toilet paper, no towels, and dust so thick on the lamp that one could see my fingerprints. The breakfast area did not have breakfast available, and the pool was empty. I attempted to cancel our reservations but was unable to reach anyone. We were subsequently issued a new room with a king bed. We requested a blanket because there were only sheets on the bed. We were provided with one towel. We attempted to use the microwave, but it malfunctioned. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Made a reservation online & paid for it a few days before we showed up- then when we showed up & they said they were all booked. The front desk gave us a customer service number & told us to call for a refund. The front desk guy was nice, but it would have been nice to have some communication about the place being overbooked. Super frustrating.

From a messed up reservation it didn’t get better

Did not have a room for us set aside despite two months reservations. Were sent to an occupied room twice. Staff checked a third room which was open. Room had a plywood covered window. Room was clean but not much furniture. Messed up reservation was inexcusable. The rest was a hotel that didn’t live up to its online reputation.

Caveat Emptor

NO blankets on beds, only one towel in bathroom, no hot water,TV disconnected and had to be fixed, one pillow on bedsheets had burn holes and smoke smell in a no smoking room--It is a shame that this once nice place has deteriorated so badly

We made reservations and paid at least a week in advance we arrived and they tell us they are booked. Gave us an 800 number told us to call tried calling and technical difficulties. Called Monday the lady acted like she didn’t believe me and told us they would have to investigate. Kinda glad we didn’t stay there after we got to the property and seen it and seen some of the people hanging around there we were not impressed at all. It looks like people are living there which I understand but keep your property cleaned up. Guy at the front desk acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there.

Hall ways smelt like cigarettes homeless people and drug addicts standing at the back door and walking all around , I didn’t have a tv remote tht worked for the whole weekend I stayed bathroom shower kould of been cleaning I bought my own products before I showered

Waited 15 minutes to an empty front desk waiting for someone to check me in. Once I got the room keys walking through the hallways was sketchy. I walked into the room and walked right out, dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen with my 2 eyes, bed sheets were literally covered in stains. Tv was literally broken, one of the headboards was ripped off. And the entire room, actually the entire hotel smelled like smoke. This hotel is a place we’re kids get rooms to throw they’re parties, if you are visiting out of town to not even think about staying here
