There's a living room rest area located in a separate building adjoining the hotel, it has Wi-Fi, filtered water bathrooms and lots of area to lounge while waiting for your room to be ready. The location is great, many coffee shops and places to eat nearby. Very secure with locked lobby entrance and 24 hour reception. There is filtered water in the room. "The responsiveness of the staff to all questions on WhatsApp was excellent. We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend. "
