"We had such a pleasant stay at the Kimpton Aluna! The room is spacious, with 2 clean outdoor pools. I really appreciate that the bicycles are free so we can explore downtown Tulum and go to local restaurants. The receptionists were so helpful in recommending us cenotes and beaches to go to, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Tulum."

"Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. "If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views.
