"Being in the jungle there were some things out of the control of management. Such as BIG cockroaches, and debris getting into the hot tub.
There were also times that we lost water although management was very quick to respond and fix it. Air conditioning worked VERY well, the pool was beautiful and cleaned daily. I highly recommend, but be sure to shake out your clothes when you get home"

"Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. This made the experience extra special and effortless. We have never felt more relaxed on a holiday.
