"The property was very nice, clean, and the rooms were awesome. The Asian restaurant was also amazing. The air conditioning is a problem throughout the resort. After sending 3 technicians to our room to fix the A/C they finally moved us to another room. The new room was not much better. The restaurants on the property are air conditioned but they prop the doors open so all the cold air escapes and you sweat while you eat. I brought this to the managers attention and they corrected it in the bar...

"This property was nothing short of Amazing. Every restaurant, even room service had amazing food. I have never been to an all-inclusive resort where I didn’t leave to go eat. This was wonderful and so worth every penny spent. The staff and I mean the ENTIRE staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Secrets surpassed every expectation I had for this trip. I’m convinced that I will look for a Secrets for every trip moving forward. Thank you TULUM. "

"Just finished a one week stay at coba. Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly for the most part, food was good, and drinks were great. Rooms are becoming a little dated, and beach was unfortunately pretty rocky but overall nothing that made the trip not enjoyable. I do want to say thank you to Ernesto at the sports bar.
