"We stayed in a cabin withy ensuite, it was perfect. Nice and clean, adequate heating for the cold evenings and nights. The beds were comfy. The wee kitchen had a two hotplate and a microwave. The bench space was a bit squishy for everything but you just made it work. There was a bait station opposite our cabin which is very useful and we used it. The locality of the site is great near all the Rotorua lakes and handy to the city also"

"My stay here as a solo traveler was the best decision I made for my trip. Dave and Shami were so friendly, kind, welcoming, and just genuinely good people. The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. The breakfast spread was incredible and it was lovely to spend some time talking to other travelers about where they’re from and get ideas. I absolutely plan to come back again and recommend this place to anyone passing through Rotorua."

"The hotel was okay .The kitchen area was cleaned but cups were not cleaned properly. Moreover, when we entered in the room we saw bed sheets was not fresh. On the bed sheet alot of hairs it looks like they haven’t changed the top bedsheet that was very disappointing.Overall,not recommended if your looking for clean room."

"The overall location was nice, pretty quiet, other than the cyclone outside but that wasn’t their fault. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well! We used the hot tub and it was nice and hot despite the winds. We would stay here again if in the area! "

"The property was incredibly clean, warm and a nice large room. It was very comfortable. The property had no restaurant or breakfast available, and felt like a ghost town. It shouldn’t be described as a resort, as it’s very clearly a motel. The check in staff and house keeping were polite. However was disappointed that when I phoned at8.30am to ask for a sachet of hot chocolate for my child, the lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t bring a sachet past the room, saying that housekeeping...

"Motel has paper thin walls and is located next door to an indian temple or something, lots of inconsiderate indians staying in the motel making loads of noise, banging doors etc until late making sleeping near impossible"
