"Check in was okay. 1 of our 2 rooms was ready early but the second room wasn't even ready until an hour after check in time. Once we got into that room it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it made me nauseous. For such an expensive price I expected better."

"Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had variety of options. Citygate outlets were right next to the hotel with shops and restaurants. Tung Chung cable car station was within 5 min walk and super convenient if you want to make a trip to Tian Tan Buddha."
