"Breakfast has great variety and very fresh , staff were so professional and attended to our coffee needs and breakfast eggs preparation. Staff are well coached as we saw the same professional approach across . Although we had some issues with our room, the management made it that we were rapidly helped. This was a true client first approach and sense of urgency was addressed. No bureaucracy! Thank you to Lorenzo and Francesco etc."

"Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything done with a smile and are always incredibly helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Beds are large and comfortable, I always get some of the best sleep of a trip here. Location is perfect to see all the sights and shopping or restaurant areas. Great hotel for business or pleasure. Delicious breakfast. I have stayed many times and will be back again."

"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."

"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare.
The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"Leider war ein Gerüst sowohl im Vorder- als auch im Hinterhaus des Hotels. Ferner war es auch sehr laut morgens aufgrund der Bauarbeiten. Obwohl wir ein Superior Zimmer gebucht haben, haben wir dieses nicht erhalten. Erst auf Bestehen konnten wir am nächsten Tag das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Plus die Lautstärke der Bauarbeiten ab 06.45 Uhr war der Aufenthalt leider nicht erholsam."
