Staff were great, room was wonderful, hotel is very classy. We had an issue with noisy neighbours at night (not the fault of the hotel). Once informed the staff resolved this very efficiently.

I arrived here late at night off the ferry. The hotel was easy to find virtually right at the port and only 5 mins from both A and D terminals.
