"Clean room, great staff"

"Very confused about the breakfast. Was it complimentary or not? Couldn’t get an answer from the front desk. We were charged a $50 incidental rate and were told $10 per breakfast would come from that. So if we don’t eat breast we’ll get a refund? Yes. But no one could really explain."

"The room hadn't even been swept, the room was beyond dusty, and the shower had mold in it. Then the hot tub was concreted in and no one told us about it being under construction. My kids were devastated, and the pool was freezing cold. Then the last straw was that the breakfast from all the pictures wasn't even real, in fact breakfast wasn't included at all. "

"Location is Dirty, and gross. Property smells. Pool is filled in with concrete.location is also unsafe, people lingering by all exits, homeless people in the area, patrons and non-patrons doing drugs in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"We checked in, dropped our bags and headed to our event. When we returned (11:30 pm) and had a better look at the condition of the room we decided to leave. The sheets, pillow case and comforter had yellow, circular stains, the bathroom had cobwebs in the corners, drink stains on the walls and the toilet was hard to flush. And random people hanging out in the parking lot. There was no way I was laying in the bed. The front desk person said no refund because we checked in at 3:30 and it was now 11:30. It didn’t matter we spent 15mins in the room. He didn’t offer to correct anything or apologize. Last time staying at a Days Inn."

"The food was good. The rooms were wonderful. No elevator suggest the bottom level or your carrying your luggage and the key doesn’t want to work on the side door to get back in so you have to walk around to the front entrance. "
