"Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you"

"All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller. Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK. No laundry service available at all.
