"Upon arrival the front desk man was not welcoming, he was dismissive and pushy. I simply explained to him I had never experienced that and verbalized feeling he was coming off aggressive. I got my room key and just didn’t talk to any one there until check out. I was put in a room right next to the loud ice machine and so much random noises. The fridge in my room also barely worked and the microwave was dirty. I saw dog hair on the shower walls. And my tub looked very worn and permanent stained."

"I left a mouthguard on the night stand. I know where I left it. I called that night, desk person seemed too busy, said she would call me. Never did. I called back-nothing. Oh yeah, there was no hot water for the morning shower. When I called the desk, they were not supervised. At night there were some relatively scuzzy folks at some evening parties. Never again."

"This is not just a place to get some sleep-it’s a history lesson you can sleep in! If you appreciate old architecture and the story behind it-this is the place for you! All of the usual hotel needs were available -comfortable rooms, large bathroom, comfy bed (except the pull out, but I knew what to expect…). It’s part museum, hotel and apartment building all in one! Take the guided tour if you have time-very informative! You can also tour on your own. Lovely place, interesting history!"

"I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!"
