"This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again."

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff is great. I stayed here for 6 days and I would definitely return. And recommend it. Everything is pretty much in walking distance unless you need to do a tour."

"Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. "Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s
rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....
