"they advertise as a full kitchen, suite hotel. When we got there, we found there were no pots pans cutlery, dishes, nothing. Then they expect you to go downstairs and buy all that stuff to use. It’s kind of a bait and switch false advertising deal. The place seemed to be brand new and the staff were quite helpful. It would’ve been good to know about furnishing your own kitchen items."

The interior was freshened up, and the room seemed to have undergone a remodel, but they must have run out of money because they had removed the desk and not replaced it, and only one light over the bed was new not both. "Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people."

"Oddly, there isn't a sign on the main road indicating the entrance to the hotel (as the hotel is behind several businesses) so at first I thought I was going in the back way. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell, close to baby powder but not quite, so I had to leave the door to the room open for about 10 minutes to air out the place.
