"I had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. I didnt have breakfast here so cannot comment. Its about 10min walk to the metro with is part of the southside mall which has a supermarket, restaurants including macdonalds. "Our room was lovely, all the staff were polite and professional, we did not have any issues at all. Conveniently located from the MTR and airport bus, and in a great area near shops, we felt so comfortable and safe the entire time. Highly recommended."

"love the location because it's near to the exhibition centre, 10 minutes walking. Our favorite restaurants : JoyHing Roast meat, Kam's Roast Goose, Kao De Zhu all within walking distance. The only setback is the hotel rooms are old-fashioned without the modern facilities. They only gave small carton drinks."

"日本から初めての香港旅行でしたが、このホテルに泊まって本当に良かったなと思います！ 毎日部屋の清掃を行ってくださったり、部屋はカードを差し込んで室内の電気設備が使えるようになるタイプなので外出時は電気が止まってしまう仕様ですが、清掃時に代用のカードを差し込んでくださってエアコンを稼働させた状態にしてくださっていたりととても親切にしていただいたなと思います！ 香港のホテルは高くて狭いといろんな口コミに書いてあったので心配でしたが、日本のビジネスホテル（◯パホテルとか）よりも全然広くて清潔感もありました！ 生鮮市場が近くにあるので生活感がすごいですが、目の前にはスーパー、近くにはセブンイレブンやサークルケーもあり、最寄りの天后駅からは徒歩3分程度なので立地も抜群です！ 次回香港に来ることがあったら間違いなくまた利用させていただきます！"

"Check in and out were smooth and staff was helpful and nice. There are smart and well-thought designs throughout the hotel. Room is very chic annd modern, with super comfortable bedding and bath robe. The bathroom is great except the shower drain was a bit slow that water accumulated. I love their choice of Le Labo too."

"Rooms were very clean and the staff were fantastic. Bus stop almost directly outside and train just down the road. Loads of restaurants around and plenty of coffee shops for your morning coffee. Would definitely stay again. "
