"Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lavabo wackelte. Dusche hat leider keine Brause mit Schlauch. Es war sehr kalt, leider haben wir zu spät gemerkt das man mit der Klimaanlage auch heizen kann. Wäre schön gewesen wenn man eine diesbezügliche Info erhalten hätte. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und wie auch das Abendessen sehr gut."

Non ha voluto riconoscere la prenotazione CONFERMATA da EXPEDIA affermando di non avere nessun rapporto con la vostra organizzazione e che "in casa sua" non potete imporre le vostre tariffe e che peraltro aveva rifiutato la presentazione che mi avete confermato. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare €50 quando nella vostra prenotazione era confermato un costo complessivo di €34. Esperienza pessima vissuta con imbarazzante disagio, mai capitata cosa...

"Our booking was cancelled one hour before arrival - even though we spoke with the reservations desk on the same morning to confirm… very disappointing! Not being able to view emails during our drive or make a call made our evening very stressful that day."

"Modern and well-appointed room with nice toiletries supplied. The proprietors made you feel like family. They made a nice breakfast every morning and welcomed everyone. They were lovely. Also had a washer we could do our laundry and drying rack provided on our private balcony. Located up the mountain from the town, it was a short walk but we had a beautiful view. The common areas were nice and comfortable and very welcoming! "

"Horizon suites fairly basic. Close to beach , about a km easy walk to old town. Although very clean , the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows awful , the shower cold and the breakfast very ordinary. We only stayed the one night - would not consider for an extended stay "
