"The hotel is nice but the service not so much. We can for vacation to Disney world and this resort caught our attention. But actually staying in the resort was a bit upsetting. We stayed from Thursday-Monday when we checked in we had to sign a hotel policy which I had no problem with although they do have alot of rules. They stated that on the third day housekeeping would automatically change the linen but I requested it still on the third day and after a long day at the park we come back to...

"We loved staying here. We stayed the night before we checked in to our Disney hotel. I couldn’t believe the amenities! A batting case!!!! Wow!! The large bathroom was very accommodating to us. The room was perfect sized for 5 people. The pull out bed probably needs to be for a small child or it needs a better mattress. The breakfast offered several different choices. We will stay there again."

"This hotel was great! Very clean rooms (no mildew in bathrooms or air conditioner), breakfast had a lot of different options and the staff were so helpful and very on top of things. Even the 1 man working at the pool bar/restaurant was quick, polite and happy to help even though he was serving many people by himself.
My only issue was that housekeeping didn't seem to have the same level of care as the rest of the hotel. We walked into our room finding that no soap was left out at the bathroom...
