"Hootie Creek is a great place to stay. The history articles and pictures posted throughout the building was a learning experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The character of the building from the wood floors to the bar and stools made for a fun time. Thank you. We hope to visit again."

"Was greeted outside and welcomed. The rooms were clean, and I walked barefoot without picking up dirt... :) The only complaint was that the T.V. had two remotes without instructions and did not work.
The owner was very hospitable and got us into our rooms quickly. I would highly recommend this motel. "
