"We had planned to return to Kardrite after a wonderful visit several years ago. I was expecting the place to be worn down from the years of use but they’ve kept the rooms and water park in tip top shape. The food options are far more limited but I can understand the economics of that. If it’s even possible, the staff is more friendly and accommodating than they were years ago and that is saying a lot! They must put serious effort into being customer facing. Oh, and in the waterpark there are lifeguards every few feet. It’s crazy how safe they make this place. And almost everyone of them has a “how can I help you” attitude like the folks at reception, the shop etc. Susan R, the food hostess was a standout for us. We were not sure about taking our group of eight to the fancy upstairs restaurant on a Friday night. She was the reason we went and why we felt felt secure ordering not just entrees but a slew of appetizers and drinks - they should give her a big bonus. We knew she had her eyes on our party. And she was the host for brunch the next morning and made sure we were in great hands. Jason M in the water park saw my son had a bruise (he got it before we visited). He asked if I needed an ice pack. Told me where I could get one. And kept checking in to see how he was doing. The rooms are brilliantly laid out for families. The outdoor space is chill with great features (play area, fire pit, etc). You will have a blast."

"Very great & friendly staff! Food was amazing! Loved it. Host were funny, games were fun, DJ was on point & on the lake there is a beautiful eagles nest. It was a great time spent. Honestly, would go back again :)"

"Our stay at Four Season Fun Bed & Breakfast was nothing short of amazing! Dante and Lisa have truly created a special place where every guest feels welcomed like family. You can see the heart, love, and attention to detail they put into every aspect of the experience—they've thought of everything. Lisa is an exceptional cook, and every breakfast was outstanding. She graciously accommodated dietary restrictions and prepared a delicious spinach omelet with perfectly cooked home fries, fresh mixed fruit, and gluten-free bread on the side. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and made with care. Dante and Lisa's hospitality is second to none. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for what they do made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional food, comfortable accommodations, and hosts who truly care about their guests, Four Season Fun Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!"

"Everything was great, especially the young blonde front desk agent when we checked in. Super friendly, informative, and efficient. However, the next morning when we came back from breakfast, a new older front desk agent with glasses was there and she had a giant unleashed pitbull with her, and it was blocking the front door when we opened, it the pitbull would not move. The front desk agent was not necessarily concerned about it, and kind of got irritated when I commented that it was ridiculous that an Unleashed pitbull was blocking the front door of a hotel. Her excuse was that her electricity was out and she had to bring her dog to work. I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous and the dogs should’ve been chained up. Come on. It’s a pitbull. My son opened the front door of the hotel and was greeted by an unwavering giant pitbull."
