"Stay was very comfortable for the price that was paid. The staff member that checked me in, didn’t give me any information other than my room key. They didn’t inform where the elevators or any of the amenities were, and didn’t give information about WiFi or where my room was located. They also asked for my license plate and felt rushed. Luckily, the room was booked early since the price shot up a few hundred dollars, otherwise the review would be different. We’re staying here again in May since the pricing was a deal, so hopefully the staff will give SOME information rather than letting their guest walk around blindly. If their check in service is this way, they might as well save the money from paying employees and use kiosks since all I was given was the room keys without information. "
