"WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY AND PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION!
My stay at the Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible team. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The woman who checked me in was so helpful, providing me with a map and great information on local places to visit. The doormen were incredibly personable, kind, and attentive, always making me feel welcome.
EXCELLENT DINING AND ROOM CARE: The high standard of service continued throughout the property. The restaurant servers in both on-site dining spots were warm and highly professional. My room attendant was also very friendly whenever I ran into him in the corridor, and the room itself was beautifully attended to and kept comfortable.
FANTASTIC WALKABLE LOCATION: The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring. It is completely walkable to the beautiful waterfront, the famous mosque, the local nature park, and plenty of great nearby eateries. It made discovering the city entirely stress-free.
Between the exceptional staff and the perfect location, I had a highly enjoyable stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brunei!"
