"Phenomenal location and first class property in every respect. Elegant dining and everything was well prepared and presented. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Time didn’t allow us to sample the spa offerings but I’ve no doubt they’re remarkable as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way to the 6th floor where our room was. The roof terrace was one flight of stairs up from there and it gave us a nice view of Old Town Bern. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Wir haben nur übernahctet und Abends in der Bar ein Getränk gehabt, weshalb ich über Frühstück, Wellness keine Aussage machnen kann. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und speditiv und das Zimmer tip-top. Die Bar muss unbedingt besucht werden (gute Getränke-Auswahl und schöne Aussicht)"
