The staff in the executive lounge on the first night (Luisina) was friendly and welcoming. On other visits they were a little aloof. Overall a relaxed break.

Nightelier Mermaid Waters
Good sized comfortable hotel room with all you need and equally good sized bathroom with a lovely rain shower head and full bath. Loved the generous buffet breakfast each morning!
