"Rooms are spacious with little kitchen which I found super helpful since there’s no breakfast or restaurant on site, only a small convenience market. The hotel is old, but they have made some renovations and it’s generally very pleasant. Good amenities, but the pool and hot tub are a little sad. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a solid, no frills place."

"From the map when looking for properties, this looked to be between the highway and lake. I was disappointed it was across the highway, but that didn’t affect it as bad as I thought it would. Room was able to see nice view of lake from the balcony. Hot tub was very nice and pool was kept warm enough in October to swim comfortably. Free use of bicycles was a nice touch we used a couple of times. Hotel is connected to two restaurants and a bowling alley. They offer 15% discounts at them but we did have a chance to use any of them. The restaurants are well rated in Yelp. Staff was very pleasant."

"We had the BEST stay, fro the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Greeted with a complimentary welcome drink of our choice, complimentary s'mores kits at night while sitting around the fire pit. Heated pool and hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings. Games available in the lobby as well as coffee and water to refill our water bottles. And the most ideal location for South Lake. Walking distance to Heavenly village and lakeside Beach, so you never have to worry about parking. And the cherry on top is that they are dog friendly, weather you bring your fur baby or not, having dogs around makes every place more enjoyable!"

"I love this hotel overall, but the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. My family and I slept poorly and woke up with headaches. The bathrobes were also very wrinkled and looked as though they had been pulled straight from the dryer. A hotel of this caliber should provide comfortable pillows and neatly pressed bathrobes. Everything else was lovely."
