"Our room was not clean at all. The bathroom door didn't close because the water damaged door expanded and was rubbing on the floor. Pillow cases and bed sheets were stained. The front desk staff were good and doing the best they could. Check in was delayed because rooms weren't ready and lots of unhappy people. We had planned on staying for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn property."

"While this resort was advertised and perhaps previously known as pet friendly, in my opinion, it certainly is not. While I paid for my stay in full prior to arrival and did my check in online, it wasn’t until I was in the lobby asking for an extra roll of toilet paper that I was asked to pay $50 plus tax extra for our dog. In addition, and most disappointing is that the dog was not allowed in the courtyard area where I had planned to sit with the dog in the grass in order to watch my kids swim,...
