"The area is stunning (helped by the snowy surroundings), and a very central location.
The staff are friendly, professional and polite.
The facilities are exceptional and well maintained, we will be staying again and have already recommended to friends"

"All elements of the hotel were well presented. The room was excellent and we had a choice of a shower or bath. The staff were polite and respectful to guests which made it a relaxing visit. The breakfast menu was excellent with individual requirements met. ie poached eggs etc.
There are ample EV charging points in the car park.
Unfortunately we did not use the pool complex on this occasion.
We would stay here again in the near future. Well done."

"Nice welcome at reception. Clean warm room. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good although a few items weren’t available as we went down to breakfast at 0950 on Sunday morning. "

"Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us.
Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic.
We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend. "
