"Do not stay here. I had to change rooms because the bathroom and beds and floors were filthy (pubic hairs, stains, food). The faucet on the sink was broken. We moved to a different room. The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once. "Property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We choose an upstairs room (no elevator) with private bath in hall. We are in our 70s and this was not a problem at all. Outstanding continental breakfast each morning with extras plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks 24/7. Short drive into town. Highly recommend."

The one thing that didn't work was the surprise $13. parking fee that was not included in the hotel cost. This is a hotel with its own parking lot. "What impressed us most about the property was how almost every design detail of the room perfectly aligned with our needs. Everything functioned so nicely. There was nothing amiss or off. "Incredibly clean, beautiful views from our room- however based on the building’s layout one could have a beautiful view from any room! Friendly and helpful staff, room was absolutely perfect! 3 travelers- 2 adults and 1 child and we stayed in a 1 King Bed with pull out couch option and the price was well worth it and far more reasonable compared to other properties in the area. "Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby."
