"We booked our hotel for the evening before our arrival as we knew we would arrive early in the morning and need to rest and freshen up. We were not disappointed when we opened our door to a clean bright room - the pillows were great and the beds comfy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The staff were friendly and the lobby bar had a DJ each evening which created a great vibe. The hotel is also perfectly located to hit all the museums and attractions."

"Clean and spacious room. Just minor thing is to have a few more hooks for hanging clothesline and shower cap, Q tips … in the bathroom instead of asking the front desk. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast to start the date, just hope for a little rotation every few days is good. Location is about 2 stop on Tram to water front area or 15-20 minutes walking. Would stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at the NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne! The property is well managed and maintained and has a lovely ambiance. We were lucky to also experience lovely weather while we were there, which allowed us to take advantage of the rooftop terrace. The breakfast was nice and the the property is a short walk from many fun attractions and things to do and see in Copenhagen. Would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"The hotel was lovely and very modern. It was exceptionally clean and our room was a good size. The location was good and you could get to most places within 10/15 minutes of walking. The hotel was quite warm however the room had a Dyson fan which helped to cool the room down greatly. The staff were also very helpful and provided ice etc. to take to the room for drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!"

"My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Coco Hotel while we were visiting Copenhagen. We were very pleased with our experience. The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and quiet. One small suggestion I would make is - as a senior who mostly reads books and magazines (as opposed to phone and tablet screens), the lighting was a bit low. A reading lamp would have been welcome. Otherwise everything was top notch."

"Vorweg: Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist für, die Zimmer sauber, das Personal überaus freundlich. Aber: Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Freizeitpark, dem Tivoli. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Skyline View gebucht und wurde bei Anreise auf ein Tivoli Zimmer ge-upgraded. Ich fragte ob es dennoch ein ruhiges Zimmer ist. Was bestätigt wurde. Ich wurde belogen! Die Fenster haben 0,0 % Dämmung, es spielt also keine Rolle ob sie offen oder geschlossen sind. Tivoli liegt direkt an einer großen Hauptstraße,...
