"The building is gorgeous and the staff are beyond wonderful. This hotel is also in a very convenient spot: it is not too far from the airport, there is a bus stop to Knossos Palace right across the street, and it is a short walk away from sites (i.e. Morosini fountain, the Venetian Loggia). "Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

"Stayed one night prior to a ferry trip. Very close to the port. Well-constructed property and well-furnished room. Decent value for money. Slight cons: road noise (on a busy road, but does settle down later in the evening). Front desk not staffed and entrance requires a code - had to call number listed on door - might be an issue for travelers without phone service. Limited self-parking. Despite these issues, would stay again for an early morning ferry departure from the port."

"Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area.
