"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient—it’s close to the airport. The room itself also appeared generally clean upon arrival.
However, there were several ongoing issues that made the stay frustrating. The outlets in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to charge devices. The fridge and freezer were also not functioning well, which was an inconvenience during our stay. Even more concerning, the fire alarm was beeping every minute for multiple straight days and was never properly addressed even after asking multiple times, making it very hard to relax or sleep.
There were also consistent problems with basic service. Our key card had to be reactivated every single day, which became a daily inconvenience. Housekeeping was lacking as well—trash was not taken out during our entire stay unless specifically requested, and even getting fresh towels required asking more than once.
Breakfast was very limited and disappointing. The only options available were cereal and frozen sandwiches that you had to heat up yourself.
Overall, while the hotel has a good location and seems clean at first glance, the lack of maintenance, poor amenities, and inconsistent service made the experience disappointing. "
