Didn't seem to want to be there as evidence by her immediately phone scrolling as we walked away. AC didn't seem to be able to keep up, but wasn't terrible. Other than that, this place was fine. "

"If you have an early flight out, this is perfect. Nice, clean rooms and the airport shuttle has one other hotel stop on the way right to departures. Shuttles run every 30min. My only complaint is that the check in person said breakfast began at 6am and that was not true. The coffee to go was nice, though."

"I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was great but room was in need of a refresh. Mirror frame in bathroom is damaged, sofa cushions were stained really bad, so much so that we wouldn’t even use it. AC kicked to low at night and we had to keep getting up to turn down the temp as it got really hot which is odd for first week of May. The worst however was waking up in the middle of the night and the pillows really smelled terrible, all of them. Not sure how we missed it when we went to bed, but...

"Our room did not have a working phone. After the staff put ina maintenance order the next day, it was determined that it was in the wall jack. So everything we needed, we had to go downstairs to the front desk. The pull out couch had old bedding on it and dirty. We had to ask for new bedding. We had to wait at the front front desk and wait for it and bring it up to our room ourselves. The kitchenette area didn’t have any extra amenitites such as paper towels. We had to ask for paper towels....
