"We arrived and checked in staff was friendly
There was shattered glass all over the parking lot from cars being broken into. Homeless people living in tents in the back. People doing drugs and watching from the live in place next door. Not a safe place for kids rooms weren't clean. Burn holes in blankets. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Curtains were dirty. Door didn't shut all the way and had clearly been broken into. We went back to the office after seeing the room and checked out we did not stay it was that bad "

"They messed us up when they didnt answer the phone when we tried to change the date due to a car break down and wanted to force my wife and children out on the street when i was stranded 30 mins away due to my car breaking down and we told them we would pay another day we just need time for me to get back and they were rude and disrespectful "
