" This is a beautiful property in a lovely little town. It was nice to be away from the bigger city and Panos made us feel special and right at home. He upgraded us to the nicest suite and is a wonderful host. The breakfast was made fresh and delivered to us each morning, it was delicious and full of Greek specialities. This is a true gem of a place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Kefalonia."

"We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. "Excellent balcony view. Much better than the images online. Easy walk up to it. Only two things that need improving is the air conditioning is very loud in the bedrooms and living room (although you can leave it on when you go out!) and theres nobody at reception until you call them (they leave a number at the door and they come up in 2minutes). "The staff is very helpful and welcoming, even with my very late evening check in. I appreciated their warm greetings. The location was not ideal for my short stay, but it was clean - a few things needed repair (door frame and bathroom shower doors were extremely hard to open and shut), but it was mostly clean (the shower floor was questionable) and quiet. The owner, Stavros, is an incredible host and takes great pride in providing the best experience possible in every way.
