"We went to UC Davis for a tour and we absolutely loved the location of this hotel. We arrived a little early and hoped to get our room but the receptionist was the kindest, so when she said “we don’t have rooms available yet” with an attitude didn’t seem honest.. but it’s ok. The room was perfect and location was the best!"

"The lobby and breakfast area was nicely maintained. We appreciated the fresh fruit, cookies and ice water always available in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and liked that they provided trays to take food to room. The bedroom was clean however the hallway carpets were dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed over the three days we were there. The beds were very soft and pillows were too high—no other options available. The blackout curtains were disgustingly dirty. Almost looked moldy and...

"A great spot near the hub of Davis easy walking with loads of dining and activities nearby. Complimentary breakfast is perfect to start the day with a large variety of edibles for most. Rooms rates are reasonable and the free parking tops the deal!"

"not what you expected. When arriving there was a kiosk machine to greet you. But I was lucky there was someone there to assist me. The buildings and the map was so confusing to get to your room. Not only did we notice that there was no elevator to the second floor. which sucks having an infant. the bed were so uncomfortable and horrible to sleep in. there was no hot breakfast at all. just cold milk, cornflakes, & fruits! not what u paid for all at! more like a $100 or less hotel, definitely not...

"Hotel was clean and staff very polite. Only complaint, you are charged $10 to park your car in their parking lot. I can understand a charge if there were OTHER options. There is no parking allowed on the street. Will not stay here again, which is sad as I frequently stay in Woodland."

"They had THE BEST breakfast. I’m gluten-free and they have udies brand muffin (upon request). The other food was excellent also, especially the little egg white omelet! Very good coffee with variety of creamers. I’m definitely going back to the hotel & now I’m excited about eating the breakfast!"

"Cockroaches in the rooms, heavy smoke smell. Bed sheets heavily stained. We had reservations for 2 room's and they both were the same. As soon as we saw this we returned the keys and left. Sketchy people in the parking lot. I do not recommend at all. Should not even be listed in any websites. "
