"Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. "Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful! There is no lobby to check in or have some refreshments. Checking in process only by phone. I personally didn’t like it. I like hotels face to face check in . It felt like once housekeeping staff leaves for a day, you on your own . Not my cup of tea! It’s my personal opinion."

"We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. "After reading all the positive reviews I was expecting a room that was remodeled motel room. It was musty, stains on carpet, old fridge and the door needed painting. The nice thing is once it gets dark, you don't see all the scuffs. The only good thing were the beds and linens. Even the towels and wash cloths needed replacing. I don't think I will return"
