"The staff was very friendly during check in. This is my first time staying at an Ayres hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was very clean and quiet. We ate at the Mexican restaurant next door, it was delicious. "

"Staff was extremely nice and resolved any issues within seconds. There was a miscommunication of me booking two rooms which was handled immediately. We also needed to request an extremely late check out due to my son‘s basketball tournament. With a small fee, they managed to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond expectations. My son loved their breakfast in the morning. The staff was on top of keeping everything fresh and replenishing all the food immediately. We stay here every time...
"The staff were so friendly and helpful. I left my jacket in the room after checking out and didn't realize it until I was at LAX. They were so kind and retrieved it for me and let my daughter pick it up since she was staying an extra day.The jacket is very sentimental to me and this was so kind of them to check for me. The rooms were so comfortable as well. Such a nice vacation."

The one thing I would say is that charging guests for parking is not o.k. The property has enough parking for registered/paying guests. Adding a charge for parking seems a bit excessive.

"The Hospitality shown by both front desk attendants was remarkable! I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter, and was originally booked a 2nd floor room, the lady checking us in, offered a first floor room to make it easier on me with a child. The night shift front desk attendant was constantly walking the grounds to make sure everything was in place. We felt very safe. Clean room and grounds. Super close to Disney! 10/10 would stay again!"
"We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Anaheim. The hotel was beautiful and spotless with great views of Disney’s California Adventure. All staff were kind and welcoming. Shout out to the valet crew out front…EXCELLENT service fellas.
