"Clean room"

"I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again."

"The owner, Claudia, was amazing. So helpful and kind. Parking in back was much appreciated, breakfast was freshly made, delicious and served in one of the beautifully decorated common areas. The room was comfortable and clean. The mansion is pre Civil War and furnished accordingly with antiques. If you're looking for modern hotel amenities you will be disappointed, but if you're looking for charm, warmth and a gracious host, you will love Ragland Mansion. Pet friendly as a welcome bonus!"

"They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace."

"Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! "We stayed there to attend our daughter's graduation at Fort Lee which made the location very convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and fresh. the only thing i found unusual was the $ 5 parking fee per car per day and they did not even bother to ask for the cars specs even after i offered/asked. "I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. "Everyone was kind and respectful from the gentleman that checked me in to the maintenance man I ran into on the elevator. Housekeeping. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Room nice nd clean and spacious"

"while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again."

"My air conditioner didn't work"

"The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom."
