"I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. "

"Staff was great! Nick, Nicki, and Angela went above and beyond. We stayed in the cute PT boat room. They were a little noisy but comfortable. Down the street we had the best pizza called Timber that had a gluten free option with no cross contamination. Pizza place is a must while staying at the hotel! "

"The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel near a mall with a cinema multiplex. The night we stayed thete were groups of students that rose at 4 am on Monday morning making the corridor on the 2nd floor a bit noisy school break on calendar)."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Our family has traveled quite extensively around the US and I've never been in a hotel that was so utterly disgusting to be in zero service and poor customer service. Find anywhere else to stay even if that means staying in your own car. The room itself had paint peeling off the ceiling with cracks on every wall. The floor was buckling from a poor installation, and there was rust on the front door hinges the bathroom hinges with paint...

"I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel...
