"While the lobby seems well-maintained, the guest areas—specifically the hallway to the left of the front desk—show a significant decline in decor and cleanliness. Our original room was in poor condition, appearing aged and poorly maintained. It was dark, dirty, and had a persistent odor of cigarettes, which contradicted the bright and modern photos shown on Hotels.com. Additionally, there were visible stains on the walls, carpeting, and bedding. After we requested a different room, we were initially given a key for a room number that did not exist. Upon returning to the front desk, we were informed the second room was in a different tower. Before making the very long trip, we asked if the second room was any different from the first, and the staff member confirmed it was not. I cannot recommend this property given these maintenance and cleanliness issues."

"Room ac was great ,parking was off street which I liked and front desk was helpful. Are was quiet and had many restaurants nearby along with a Ralph’s store All in All a good value"

"The Air Con was rubbish. It’s controlled by some setting to save power and it’s useless. Pay for a hotel room not interested in the power saving aspect at all when it impacts the comfort. The shower pressure was poor. Takes a long time for Hot Water to flow. Everything else about the hotel was great. Staff were helpful and place was clean. Felt safe the entire here and it’s central to a lot."

"Clean room, nothing fancy. All the staff was very friendly. Location is great. The parking is not ideal but to be expected for the area. I was in town for a work conference so really just needed a place to stay. I’d stay again if I ever come back to town"
