The receptionist was very helpful and the ladies in the kitchen made sure our breakfast was ready for us at the scheduled times we requested. across the street was a delicious Korean restaurant. There was also a market and laundromat two minutes away.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! I like that we had our own space and balcony, and our space was large and private. Breakfast tastes good too

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel. It was quaint peaceful place right in the heart of Ubud. I loved how accessible everything was to the hotel. The staff were incredibly respectful & they were a pleasure to be around. As a solo female black traveler, I felt very safe & would one-hundred percent stay here again. Thank you, Artini Bisma Hotel.

Nice spacious air conditioned rooms and clean bathroom. Rooms are set in a garden setting with pools. Very nice nature oriented setting. Had a lovely stay for three nights. Breakfast can be better with more variety for vegetarians.

Nice huge room, amazing pool. Beautiful gardens around. Breakfast was good, it's cooked to order, so you will be waiting maybe 15 minutes for your food. There was a big bathtub in the bathroom with rain shower head, I would like to have there a hanheld shower head as well, as this one is little impractical. Location is great, lot of stuff around.

Our stay at Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel was nice overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was a slight odor in the room, but it didn’t ruin the stay. Overall, a good option for a relaxing stay in Ubud.

Lovely little hotel with rooms overlooking rice fields and in easy walking distance to most of the sights and shops in Ubud.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The only con is that the room smelled a bit moldy (which is probably given the Bali climate).

I loved that the property was a little off the main road, tucked away at the back, very peaceful. Staff are amazing. I had arrived past midnight and the security guard helped with my check in, all staff are so polite and helpful. Food is amazing. Thankyou Artini I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property with lovely friendly staff. The one thing that could be improved is that the aircon was a bit loud if you have it on during the night (this didn’t really affect us too much and this could have just been our room). Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again

This was a perfect stay for 3 nights. The reception staff name Deva was a superstar. He was helpful to guide me to all the local places and rhe best way to get there. The rooms were special and big. Very central. I would recommend and come again
